Mirak Properties, owner of two auto dealerships in town are now proposing to build a new 140 unit apartment complex at 1165R Mass Ave. A preliminary development concept was recently presented to the Select Board to try to work with town government on this complex project, which is planned to include a notable number of affordable rental units.
